Mark and Fiona offer bed and breakfast accommodation in the charming, well proportioned sunny rooms overlooking the chateau grounds.

There is a choice of accommodation from single, double and family rooms, some with en-suite facilities.

Tariff from €20 per person per night including breakfast.

Self Catering

1. Hire The Château

We now offer the Chateau for let on a self-catering basis, normally by the week but are open to suggestions for other periods.

The accommodation includes 3 lounges, a dining room, a very large double hall (should you wish to organise a banquet we have tables!), 2 kitchens (including washing machine and dishwasher), a large barn, a BBQ area and use of the grounds.

Full details, floor plan and prices are available on request. From £1,500 per week.

2. The Carriage House

Restored over a period of two years, the carriage house (right) is south facing and forms part of the large front garden courtyard at Chateau Le Mont Epinguet.

3. The Mews

Charming, 18th Century cottage converted from the Chateau carriage houses, overlooking the main courtyard. There is a large, 6.5x6.5m ground floor inclorporating fitted kitchen and electric oven, four hotplates, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher.

The sofas focus on a large woodburner and there is a TV with French reception. The cottage faces SSW and the large French windows allow maximum sunshine. There is a small area outside for tables and chairs and parking for one car only.

A somewhat narrow and slightly awkward staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a twin bedroom, bathroom and double bedroom with typical Norman "lit clos" double bed. Stairs lead to the second floor spacious mezzanine, with a single bateau lit bed. The mews is heated by electric night storage heates and a large Godlin woodburner.
